Partaking deepavali

Deepavali is everyone’s favorite festival. We all look for that day comes in a year. There were many stories told to celebrate this festival, but this is a festival were we celebrate happily, joining with family, friends, neighbors without seeing where they belong to. Its festival of lights to burn in our lives and wishing all bright fullness, goodness to spreads. What the main attracts about this event is crackers and bursting sounds; we can’t obligate that from our thoughts, but what it was reducing is also true. No one there will be without enjoying fireworks, amazing on seeing beautiful colors coming out from it, kids holding the color matches witsmiles like the twinkles from it, where the night sky flashes with different colors and shapes of fireworks doing magic is an wonderful sight for all without age difference. At this movement we also need to understand the problems that create by fireworks. I feel the first problem was cleared; that was using child labor in making crackers. Conspicuously it was aware by the labels in fireworks where “no child labors involved”. What next is pollution of air and noise. Fireworks hold various chemical to bring colors and lights to make us happy and also release the smoke that injures to health and rising noised that are against animals and sick patient.

Even though we can’t fully stop this, and the happiness of seeing fireworks magic. But can reduce it. For this we need unity in celebration. Instead of just bursting at all corners and outside our gateway, we can bring people in crowd at a specific place or our streets, colony and apartment resides to gather and celebrate the fireworks. Because of this, the money spent on buying and using fireworks are reducing, as well we also enjoyed the festival of sharing the fireworks and avoiding more environmental degenerate. What the real meaning of the festival is burning lamps, Deepavali. But many of us not following it, It’s in our tradition of lightning the earthen lamps and we could see it on the upcoming full moon day after the diwali. Actually is adds beauty to this particular festival of lights where the whole home brighten in yellow the auspicious time.

How could be with out a sweetness for a festival that brings happiness to all. Many of us (including we) prepare and using from long back of making our own sweets Athirasam, the traditional South Indian sweet and distribute to relatives and neighbors. But the shops todays are coming out in making new designs of sweets with vary taste that attracts people to buy on diwlai. The breakfast and lunch we have on the day would be very special with varies dishes from pongal, idly sambar...
what we really never forget is the new cloths, even we fail, the attractive advertisement on television by forefront shops could create a wish in us. It starts from a month before and it was not new nowadays where all festivals have some special ads on TV for people. These days it was beautiful advertisements by models, bringing stylish and traditional costumes those sure make girls to try them at this time and we boys just enjoy the mood of seeing them.

This time the festival at Thursday and next day Friday would be mostly off from schools, works and weekend coming. I hope there will be great entertainment and enjoyment on diwali holidays, and SMS, greetings, emails would be flying to loved ones and I sure myself do not forget to wish this movement some of our friends who are going to celebrate ‘thalai deepavali ` (first deepavali after marriage) I hope they come this side to get my greeting too. Happiness for u all, enjoy :)
