Consensus

Evening in my way on the wheels was very bright with the whole view of reddish sun and the crimson sky. Stray dogs sleeping on the roadsides and sudden attack on speeding two wheelers, but being quite and get away from my way whenever I passing them. There was this girl triple in age think being with poverty, by holding her mother’s fingers and walking with barefoot. Its distress to see it that the soft foot were scrubbing on the tar road and stamping on unknown things and worms. When many kids were roaming in the life styles (big shopping mall) to select their favorite footwear’s, here this kid without any protection to her foot.

When I was thinking about her pity stage. After leaving little feet away she turns towards me with her face full of face powder with fast move in her legs with mother. In her move, I could notice she calls her mother and tell that brother is sin. Her mom in some hurry I think, by carrying another kid in her hip, she didn’t listen to her and walked fast. I feel it what a consensus that we both thinking about each of our stage.

Edge of a hot day

Heart fills with welfare
Feeling the fragrance and cool climate
In the darkest evening sky
Doubt will it pour or not

Mild sound behind the cloudiness
Sigh from citizens
Thought it comes to chill them
To set free from great sunshine day

Mind expects to pour
Will nature listen to this soul?
Like to turn as a kid
To jump and express this myself

Joy and Sad!

There was this show with 4 little ones to send me trance with their sweetest nature; but it just extend for half-hour. If you were watching Suntv’s Pudhiya Raagangal on Sunday, u must be feeling the same. (This is a musical talent search show in the form of a competition, introducing new voices every week.) First time very small children where participated and they also proved they were similar to adults. Singing in their invariable children’s prattle and giving movement for the cymbal have been adorable.

In their cute skirts and exciting smile on their face was loveable. Little one in her red skirt and beautiful cap was attractive that too expressing herself with the song’s music and lyrics was wonder!! The mix of confident in their sweet talk and the talent that comes out form them are example for others. Still the show comes before my eyes. Nowadays this show gives me joy mood and waiting for the Sundays to arrive.

Today brought little disappoint to me when hearing that bulldozer sound that clears the empty land opposite to my house, that was covered with plants and trees that gives cool wind. Mostly in summer day that too in afternoon times the wind that blows through my windows was a great feel. I have some poems about the afternoon winds, now the sun was burning, sometimes with hot wind. Here after the beautiful birds can’t come near my apartment and sit on the branches that was not there now, its rare to hear the noise they make:(

You are belonging to my smile:)

In these two years of blogging an experience that could never compare to any other times in my life so far. Blogging starts as a hobby and it grows as an informative valley, turn as a place to expression the thoughts, and it reveals the feelings through words. The happiness given by you all creates a sense of a new dawn in my life. Positive thoughts grow every time while going through your thoughts and experience. You are the only buddies always here to encourage me more and listen to me. If I was away from here for some days, you have been thinking about the reason for it and wised for what ever I am doing. I must tell the support and the confidence that I earned from you is my only strength now. Above all I got the courage from you to face my life.

This is time to thank my friend Ghost Particle and his project team for selecting my short story Limestone Forest as one of the winning story months back. This week I received a wonderful book "A Short History of Nearly Everything" from him for winning. This book amazes me going through every page and it also recalls some of my school science. Totally I was not confident and felt bad to send him a useless story that comes to my thought. He only said that it comes from my heart and I hold a hope in his words. I think the real winner is the ‘hope’ he gives.

Another happiest news is I was awarded as Star of the Month May by my loving friend thooya. I feel it as a great noble:)

Busiest days with joy also

Hi my sweet friends, I had been away for just few days, but thinking always about this place and you all. This gap was with a reason of expectations, though here nothing happens as I expect. The cousin whom I like more and me asking my uncle every day when his exams finishes? has spent couple of hours and left me alone and went on his way, now he was holidaying in his grannies village. That makes me repent, the time I worked have been speeded mostly for the times to share with him. My another cousin who have to be away from me in this summer days, with no way to avoid it; even it makes me feel, I am glad he was to be away to progress his life.

I am happy for my cousin bro Aravind, who has left to experience great movements in his life in Western Ghats, the queen of hills Nilgiris, to continue his studies from boarding school in Kotagiri. Its dream place for many to study form a lovely environment, cool weather and standard education. In this my bro is lucky. All were not willing to this idea, even me, but I solace this step is must for his life; I hope this place will realize him who he was and it create him as a responsible person. My dad used to worries sometimes telling his wish to join me in the Mont fort School in Yercaud (a hill station) when I was in my childhood, but that times his wealth was lack, when we were wealthy, my health was obstruct to his wish.

Even In my busy works I was enjoying with a special person who is non-than my small cousin brother Ashvin. He won’t stay anywhere without his mom, this time he was with me over four days. Sitting beside me and frequently asking some doubts, I join with him as a kid to play with small cars that I do always before. We went to nearest beach in evening stay till night, chatting with bro and going along the street in the beach side with power chair is pleasure in this summer weather.

Glance of Air Show

It was very exciting when the announcement of the Air Show in Chennai comes. Was planning to attend this show, the second one after 4 years. But to destroy my plan the arrangement news in papers said the vehicles must be stopped near Ayappan temple that was 4 or 5km away from Marina beach, and people have to walk from there. Last time they allowed vehicles to park in Marina beach, so we got a good sight of the daring show, between over half million people. That was a forgettable experience seeing different scenes of families sitting around, some having foods and kids with binocular and shouting, enjoying by seeing the horrification of the flights adventure.

Even though I can’t tell that I missed the show. I must be thanking my uncle for taking me near to the Adyar broken bridge to watch the show. Some days back only I saw some beautiful pics of the broken bridge and the evening sunsets in the backwater, but the chance got me soon. One of the top10 Air shows team in the world the Suriyakeran presented the daring show that was awesome. Drawing our Indian flag on the blue sky with releasing colorful smokes, teamed with nine flights creating the rising sun, the lovely heart symbol and the small helicopters where the attractive ones that brought a horrification daring. This year it gives little disappoint. The time and the flights involvement were decrease; I was expecting new more modern flights. From our place the parachutes were looked like small birds, these are the movements that we can see them alive. I have a wish to see the broken bridge place; it was a nice place to see little birds were flying with groups. Must give a look to this place again with camera.

My friend thooya

Tears saw from its eyelid edge
To see who wakeup him
It only realized that
We shared our sense through tears.

Carrying so much ache in your heart
You add sweetness in my heart
Through you loving words.
Heart weeps for you
It’s very proud to weep
For the good souls u lost

Some tells heart is like the name
But here name is like ur heart
It’s pure (Thooimai).
Living with the love of the relation
with the memories of brothers
Throbbing to fill their wishes
You’re a real angel of the striving land.

Hands are not there to wipe ur sorrow
At least trying with the words
Praying for a peace to u
A meaning for your lost loved ones.

"Pls share her Elam experience here"

Celebrities Kiss

Its few months back their were groups supporting Shilpa for her Big Brothers show when an actress bullying and alleged racism on her. Now their were some protest and burning photo against her and Hollywood actor Richard Gree. The matter was just a small and also very sweet and good humour said by Shilpa, but the place and the way they kissed makes headlines (Click here).

Some people feel that showing affection on public is wrong to our customs. What they done is not, how they done. May be he expressing his affection on her by hugging tightly and kissing? I feel if this was done in a decent way without disturbing others views, no one would take it series. Richard who belongs to the western culture, kissing in public was normal; we can’t blame him for this. There are lots of long kissing scenes in our films, why we dint protest for them? Its not against our social custom? and films with giving important to the obscenity are been releasing are not against? If u could accept all these, why not in practically before us. Even the shilpa makes statement its just an entertainment.

Just wrote what i thought.

Life is insecure

"South Korean student shoot blindly to death of 32 persons including a professor form Tamil Nadu, in the campus of Virginia technical university in America." This clearly shows that our lives are not secure, whatever could hold at any time. Being himself a student how could be he lost the mind and killed the priceless lives of students. It’s not new or first time; there are incidents of student open fire in classrooms, even in schools.

Not all get the chance to do studied in developed nations. Parents send their children to foreign land for their future life would be brighter and welfare. And too the student must be intelligent and be love in studies could only have these opportunities. With strength of above 26,000 students in the campus, how should be the management concentrate on the security? This didn’t seems like the killer’s mind changed to violence suddenly, he must be in anger for long times till he brought the guns. This is the biggest cruel that sudden lose of life. When it comes to some plans in our life and if it stops sudden, we have another chance, but when our life stops there is no another chance.

Those lives are not only loss for the parents; it’s lost for our world. Nothing to equalize with the life, once it goes. I pray for the loved ones to get strength to accept the lose of there dearest.

I was thinking to give a try to some templates. Even I dint’s satisfy, but I like this template for simple and neat (I think) looking. This one has wide writing space that I expected for long time. If it comes June its my two year end’s in blogging, now only I had time as well knowing about how to change templates and edit the links.

Being thinking of something, I feeling so tired and sad to write or to do something. Lazily going through some blog sides and putting comments. Hope to be active some other time here soon in this week or next. If I feel good, I will be continuing my visit to ur blogs.

Rise of Tamil New Year

Tamilars pioneer’s Kumari kandam people, celebrated March 21st as Tamil New Year. On that day only, sun comes to middle of the sky. But after the south madurai (known as Kumari Kandam the Lemuria) was destroyed in sea rage and the south madurai have the Kapatapuram as its capital in north and in that tract the day the sun comes to the middle of the sky was been on April 14. From that day April 14, has been celebrated as Tamil New year.

Even though the New Year was generally celebrated on January 1st, by the states wise people celebrate the new year on different dates. By the Indian culture, miscellaneous states people celebrate the new year by their own cultural and customary. But all those are not constitute on the same day. Not only through the state wise, several countries in global celebrate the new year on different days.

Like Tamilans celebrate their Tamil new year in April, there is another state shares the new year on the same day is our neighbor state Kerala. They call their new year as Vishu that was celebrated in April. On this day malayali people have a formality to visit the temples early morning and looking at almanac. Like seeing this they called it as Vishukkani. On this day People were a new dress known as Kodivasthiram and enjoy bursting crackers and having feast with relatives. In evenings they involve in Visuvela a newyear celebration.

The Tamil talking people every where celebrate this day by going to Temples, churches and mosque to pray this year should be a welfare to all. I still remember those days going to the Adyar Ganesh temple on Tamil new year day, standing in the long line to get blessing from god, braking coconut to god, after sitting on the steps and having prasatham (the food gives my devotee), we reach home. Nowadays the New Year starts with special programs in TV.

Have good times with your family and friend on New Year Day as well with special programs on the entertainment box (TV). See you all:)

Some Scribble

For non-Tamil dear, read the English translate of this post below.

I am asking myself!
You were not like this before
Why now only like this
Why living in grievance
Like trisha telling in ad.

I didn’t come?
Or you don’t like my visit
I am not your friend?
That day u said
Our friendship is a best one
Telling that willing to share
Today you are like without my thought

I attempt in many ways to remain
You were not to remember
A pause, if you may think me wrong
If I emphasize you directly
I have no belief
You will regard,
And give a glance to this

I aware that sweet news
Through your intimates
To know that form you
I become a differ person?
Who have receives many deceits,
This is not a new one
Even though it pains…

Backing the Memories

Friend Balar has tagged me to write about my eight-summer holidays. Here is mine (a big post!!)

Summer holidays are very expected times that too in our school and collage days. For me holiday is as usual like others its grannies house. My grandpa house is just 2km from my house, in my childhood days I go there in weekends and come, but on holiday times only I could stay their and I enjoy with my sweet aunty. I used to roaming behind my aunty wherever she goes, we both go to her friend’s house, beach, and cinemas... Bro and me would like to fight with her with pillows and some times even with broomsticks hehe… Playing with the tube water, spraying on each other, bathing in the water tank at grandpa bull shed are the days that never comes again. After aunty was married our visit to grandpa house has reduced, but it’s really fun if the grannies houses have a terrace. We usually spend our times in the terrace by leaving kits. In this my bro fly kits well, we also used to put maanja (no English meaning) for the thread, not like using glass piece or rust, with the Kolamavu (the powder used to draw kolam) and color calcium power that used for whitewashing house.

Visiting grandpa’s village is another fun, the green fields, playing in vayakkal (canal) and bathing in pump set is a wonderful enjoyment. In our village visit there was this interesting sight kattukku porathu (going to forest), to pick cashew nuts. Going there is very thrill as the forest was under government, its risk to go inside, but we go with our uncle to pick cashew fruits and nuts; we kids collect the nuts that was spills and bring it to field. Then we burst the nuts in fire and my uncles distribute our shares. After eating nungu (Palmyra fruit) we create this adventure vehicle called nungu vandi (Palmyra vehicle), I love to drive this vehicle. Taking two nungu and connect with a bough and another stick to push it is called two-wheeler and single wheeler is taking a bending stick and connecting with it. To add more fun, we take the dry plam leaf and stick it with big thorn and drive in the village streets, it gives this tap tap tap sound.

In one of my holiday to my relative village, my cousin and me were walking inside the Savukku grove (the trees that use for burn fire) that we always do to reach the lake. That day in the middle of the grove we were shocked to see this cow was died, and being alone we screamed in the fear, and my cousin run from that place quickly, as I was running slowly I couldn’t see him near. I was crying in fear and confuse which way to go and the thoughts of the ghost rumors were threatening me and with a different sound from the grove was more shivering with me and only I could reach the house after roaming sometimes inside the grove. After this I have little fear on the groves.

The most excite expectation was to visit my small grandma house near Chengalpattu. They live in a calmness place with little house and hills surrounding, it’s the place for us to enjoy well with my cousin aunty (she is a year elder than me) and uncle. We spend much time to story taking (kadhai peasa) and playing dice, going to their garden. Sitting behind the cycle with uncle and rounding all places is our main work, and escaping from my bro who cries to come with us. Going to Thirukkalukundram and visiting temples, going around the hill on full moon days is what I like, esp. to eat sundal, pongal that was given by houses around the hill.

My first long time travel for the holidays and very enjoyable one was to Ooty. That was a big story till we start and end our trip. We had this big travel in the small Maruti car with 5 adults and 3 children (that time i was 11 years old), including the bags. Climbing the hill was so pleasant the chill wind experience is awesome. Rolling in the green grass at botanical garden, being with my little cousin the trip was enjoyable. Driving on the Ooty-Mysore road was a jungle safari; near mudumalai sanctuary we find dozens of elephants, monkeys, dears... The cool breeze, in the calmness road we making noise esp. shouting Veerappa ennga irukka (calling the sandalwood smuggler veerappa, where are u), that was the times veerappan were involved in kidnapping, that was funniest :D Going to the great Mysore Palace, beautiful and the tired waking on Krishnarajasagar Dam to watch dancing water. In that trip the more adventures and fearful place was this Hogenakkal. Traveling in the Parisal (Coracle) in the 60-foot deep water, the bathing in the falls and the canal, hot fish fry on the banks are superb.

My first time holidaying in kodaikanal (my most favorite hill station) was very stressful, even thought with some kind hearts I managed to enjoy with pain. The place we stayed was like an old bungalow, but mornings were very different, with rose flowers blooming around our house. Last year we were with our whole family to kodai, with the help of wheel chair I could go everywhere, the mist filled sight in Coaker walk, drizzle rain allover are awesome season. The road leads to kodai to thekkady was great sense, the both sides are sky raised hills and green fields, different language. The boat ride in Thekkady was shivering joy.

Its 10 years since this summer holidays we visit Ooty, very happy to write the memories again here. First pic was from Ooty, with my family, the boy in violet coat is me:) the 2nd one was the car we travel to ooty. Thanks for giving time to my big post!

I send this tag to one and only Thooya:)

Common Shivaji

I don’t know about others, but it’s a dream come true for me when the announcement comes that Rajinikanth, Shankar, A.R.Rahman and the AVM that was said to be the gateway for Tamil film industry were Joining for Shivaji. Now the days of the film to be release are near, here the much-waited audio of Shivaji has released on April 2nd. Shanker who is a great filmmaker always induce us for more expectation, esp. his types of songs that always a special to our eyes and ears. When it comes to ally with AR Rahman, the team rocks always, now the waves have strike powerful. It was always enjoyable to listen new albums, that too when it was Rajini+Rahman nothing to tell the speaker throbs to the beats. This time I feel, the songs have comes different, with more westerns style and little appearance of Bollywood songs.

The style style… song is clear one for appreciating Superstar’s style. The first big-time rap singer of India Blaaze who has gone through every corner by his Loosu Penna from Vallavan was joined with Chillnu Tanvi whose voice was a sauce to this song. Couldn’t know how the song would be picturesque. Sure it would be very different a rap for superstar. Is there a film without opening song for superstar? In the same unchanged voice from My name is Billa to Autokaran autokaran to now Balelakka… the SPB is here for us to satisfy with his intro for Rajini, this time in a fast track and Na. Muthukumar to praise the Superstar and recalled the old happiness that was lost now through his lyrics. This song is sure being a hit of this year from kid’s side.Rahman’s Action tops the list for his own vigorous in Athiradeekaran machan… It sounds like a big party song with glamour. The song makes us to cymbal and legs dances automatically to the rocky beats. Sayanora was so hot in her voice as well with Vaali’s lyrics, which proves he is still young. The Billa Ranga Basha thaan ivan pristal peasum beasha thaan was superb to remember his old hits.

Vaaji Vaaji Vaaji… songs starts with Jean’s adisyam tune. Rahman uses variety styles and Madhushree loot our hearts by her pleasant voice; I could sense the happiness when she sings Vaaji Vaaji Shivaji….

The Sahana… song was a very beautiful melody!! Its difficult to find what is beautiful in Sahana, its Vairamuthu’s lyrics or Chinmayee voice with Udit Narayanan’s or the music; or else may be the way shanker would be directing this song. A cool music like saral (drizzle). Another Sahara is very very soft and welfare to hearts. I never thought Vijay Yesudas would sing this excellently!! Flute sound was awesome… Gomathi Sree’s Thirupavai in the second half gives a classical format.
Boss theme is a short rap with just funny lyrics and was not that powerful.

Shanker always makes me wonder in the way of selection the places for songs and hold on the latest technology. I am very excite to see how the songs were comes out in screen.

sick week

Have been feeling not well, this place was left with no post for five days. Last Sunday we were to drive-in restaurant and marina, it’s the starting point for the influenza. The water that I drank in the restaurant and travel in the traffic that was over that day in marina that moves slowly was infected me. The sign started that night and hair cut to showering next day all brought heavy coldness and feeling difficulty in respire. Been careless that’s normal cold and be fine after taking pill, I too was strain by exercise, walking and in typing work the day in feverish.

Time to sleep and I was in conversation with mom about free hugging on Tuesday night, and were taking about balaji’s dream of Free Hug in ranganathan street. In the thoughts of free hugs I close my eyes, by mid-night I feel like chillness and needed to get warm. I waked dad to cover me with bed sheets and hold me tightly, even tough I was like uncontrolled and body was started shivering with a sense of tiredness. Mom was rubbing with amuthanjam in my foot and hands, I was tend to keep my head on mom, and she was tightly hugged my shoulders and neck; dad were pressing my foot as it has been chill, and shivering. It was surprise know to get much hugs from mom and dad that night, after discussing about hugs before leaving to sleep. I really feared more as I never feel like this anytime, my neck and legs were paining. There were thoughts of something said by some the cold fever would bring changed in the human nature.

At that night by 12.30 my bro was sent to buy medicine in the nearest hospital for cold fever. Mom and dad were wake till 3am and pressing my legs as I was suffering with pain. I felt better only after taking the pills to make me sleep. For the last two days I was tired and feverish I never used to sleep in day times, but was pulled to do it. Dad was kindly advised to be away from works and PC, but now I feel better to post this.

Its Beautiful, both!!

Little love and little wind
Gathering it and going time
Distances are not at all distance
Like the drizzling, sprinkling rain

Without stressing, clinching you
Will go till reaching horizon
Even it dawn, without dawning
Will wait to see your morning

Future will come and batter me
Will stretch its hands and bind me
Little residue inherent fear will push
It touches my gushing fingers and pinches me

Unaware new fragrance
That will blow everywhere
It dissolves and run in it
It’s our lives jungle residing

Without spilling the pearl arrow comes to hand
It will sticks in the heat of my palm
If the rising fondly green parrot arrives
My sanctuary will dislike and pushes it

Why with this memory
With unscratched dreams
Can walk with rubbing shoulder
Will cross with my distance.

This was a beautiful song with sweetness lines and one of my recent favorites. As well it’s a Tamil song in English from the album Pachaikkeli Muthucharam (Green parrot Pearl arrow). I present this post to my best friend, who have a special Sunday this weekend, because he is going to joining with his sweet heart on this Sunday. I wish him a Lovely married life. :)

Children’s Corner

Children are very sweet and adorable till they show their another side! Another side is nothing something different, its their in everyone, but it was how we expose. I am talking about children who express over stubbornness, disobedience and obeying indiscipline. The child always makes angry other easily by disturbing or making irritate with unnecessary screaming. Some of the times we really don’t like disobedience child, some times even I too have told my mom why these children are so naughty, can’t they sit quietly and play instead of fighting to cry, shouting, breaking…

I know we may be doing the same as a child what they are doing, but being grown we feel these are nuisance. To my knowledge I don’t remember of doing more indiscipline than today’s child are… they are double than us. I have experienced in my apartments while children playing, they give a sudden scream in a high-pitch voice that shock us sometimes happen wrong, and that too sounds like stamp on a parrot. Another is the guest children, who can’t keep quite from taking something that was unknown to them and stubbornness to get on what they see. I won’t tell it’s their natural to behave like indiscipline. It what how they brought up. Giving over indulgence is hiding their disobedient act and without sternness, the parent’s leave the child what ever they do. I remember one of my cousin when he was child throw a pup from upstairs, without realizing that life… ya the pup lose its life.

Knowledge of decency is important for children. I notice some children act unusual in public places or in functions like jumping, running, climbing and screaming. It makes us think are they come from some other planets. What makes me feel worry was the words used by some children from very low level up to abuse? Who can we blame for this?… Its parent’s response to teach them how to behave, and its more important to check the surrounding they are practicing. All children are same, the things they learn creates their character. What my thought is the parents much be matured to handle the children and bring them in a good surrounding. The people need to know what to talk and how to behave before children.

As grown I may think like knowing all, but children can never be like us. Even I complain about it, I must sense this is the stage for children to scream, fight, play with no expectation to spend their energy.

Weekend with family

Sweet Sachin

This weekend i had great day with a small get together with my family. My two aunties, cousin sisters, uncles’ kids and with grandpa grandma its a pleasant times for me. Its unexpected that dachu, the little sachin and cos uncle’s kid would present that day and it was the happiest movements in my life. The 7 months old sachin was so sweet and always smiling at me and his little fingers and smooth hair, the soft touch were really welfare.

I adored sachin’s smile, crying face, having Cerelac, his activities. This time dachu had a company with another uncle’s daughter Harshu and they were busy with their prank activites and they too have teasing, fighting each other’s, and dachu being senior she try to control her. Having lunch with family and while sharing some comments, and its me to take the kids a round in my power chair. I was my wishing for my grandpa to come that day; it were few months back I met him before he was in treatment at hospital for cardio attack. I must be blessed to be his grandchild who was an understandable grandpa, and he knows whatever i sense.

Till evening its full of sounds and enjoyments. Even though all left, my sister was staying and we had a cool time in evening by going out in Gilly (my chair) and she was walking beside me and we were talking about the growing buildings and shared our thoughts about how our place would be in coming days. As I was thinking about living in rural sides and future farming, she matches my thought like how I sense about the western hillside villages that we were traveling through Theni, Dindugal districts last year for the first time. Its long time you know we were going out (while walking and talking), I feel like missing my living in this earth when we couldn’t share our movements and times.

On Sunday we were to Injambakam beach the parallel road to VGP Golden beach, a place that was very clam. We took the gilly and I was riding on the roads with two sides of farmhouses with blooming colorful flowers from the big compounds. Somewhere we could hear some different noise of birds from a big farmhouse. I think this weekend was special to me that was being with family and i expecting more special days in the vocation times of cousins.

Dear Sister

My love is true
i don’t know how to prove
It haven’t come sudden
its there always in my heart
You never understand
What I was suppose to tell
You excuse afterwards
when I desire.

You were firm hill
when a tornado blasts
Merely a small dot in this world
you shine like an angel
Like a dot in white screen
you appear special to me

When you are always in my thoughts
i need a day to thing about you?
In my imagination world
i see your dreams
holding your life in it
and enjoying, like its real.

Coping with Water Scarcity

In our lives the biggest nature resource “WATER” has an important part to holds our lives. There can be a day without using water…? As today the day of Coping with Water Scarcity declared under the United Nations General Assembly’s World Water Day, I like to write something related to water. If we tell water the first thing comes to our mind is Freshwater that was called drinking water. The Water covers 71% of Earth's surface, and the more quantity is on oceans that non-usable for humans. The except amount of water are useable that we get form, rain, rivers, lakes, groundwater and sea ice known as freshwater. In our human life, we need water to drink as well to food that we get through agriculture. In the freshwater more quantities are spend for agriculture.

In the forefront countries India is one among to produce more foods mostly paddy, sugarcane, wheat, pulses, vegetables. In today’s time the agriculture is decreasing because of this water scarcity. Little seasoned rains, Drought Rivers, denial of releasing waters from neighbor states makes the farmers disappoint to do farming. If we put a question what’s the way to get away from this scarcity? All most everyone brings the linking river thought. This was the speech that spreads in this 21’s century, with out finding any sign that it could be possible or not. But the Australia has comes with hope that its possible to link rivers. Water sharing was not only here, but also in Australia were Queens land, Victoria among 6 states has struggle to get their water. Like Karnataka their was this Victoria protest to sharing water, after some talks they got a solution that was linking the rivers and this brought a good farming resource their.

There were some ideas to give bye to this scarcity. Can we take this water scarcity is because of climate change and natural disaster? For more than 100 years (I think) we haven’t see such changes in nature that was over drought and over floods. Now what can we expect (that are already in process) is rainwater harvesting by collecting every drop of rain. This is one of the best idea that not all are using it properly. In some of the developing countries the raining is variable and the raining days are little. In India 50 percent of raining days are minimum 15-20 days or less than 150 hours out of 8,760 hours a year. This varies in other regions like more than 150 days in northeast and less than 10 days in western region with 14,000 millimeters of highest annual rainfall in Cherrapunji.

With this condition, water for drinking and water for irrigation brings difficulties between people. In this water harvesting, the villagers can be the first and easy going with this technology. What farmers and village administration need is to come out with a plan to use the remote sensing technologies to locate natural underground dykes were they can able to holding the little rainwater in like small check dams that allows it to seep underground and recharge the groundwater. This technology will work for other parts of the country (with variable rainfall) or not, this would work well with Tamil Nadu. Instead exploit of rivers and dams, which are the key source of supply. With this harvesting even after two years of poor rainfall and backbreaking drought, it will help villages to withstand the worst. Water in rivers and aquifers is only a small portion of total rainwater availability. Dependence on them alone can lead to an unbearable stress on such sources. This technology was successfully with in a village in Gujarat, since back in 1985 over 45-check dams in an area of over 1,000 hectares.

With this and the latest new way of irrigation has introduced in some villages in South India gives hand to produce more with little waters. The drip irrigation enabled farmers in these villages to earn more and also increase the area under irrigation by using the water they saved. Drip irrigation, also known as micro irrigation is an method that applies water slowly to the roots of plants, by depositing the water either on the soil surface or directly to the root zone, through a network of valves, tubing, with the goal of minimizing water and fertilizer usage. Drip irrigation has been used since ancient times, but modern drip irrigation has become the most important innovation in agriculture since the invention in the 1930’s, which replaced wasteful flood irrigation. It may cost more for the poor farmers to process this Drip irrigation, it hopes if this irrigation spreads everywhere we can easily free from water scarcity. Except paddy, this irrigation is used extensively in areas of water scarcity and especially for crops such as sugarcane, grapes, coconuts, cotton, groundnut and other vegetables and flowers. If India wants to become a developed country we need to increase the agricultural production, so we have to bring a proper water supply and storage as well we should realize the important of freshwater and bring thrift proceedings.

Why my best friend?

Sense of happiness
For the wished days are before
With whom I crave to spent
Sense of sadness
Being now near me
Like forgot those sweet days

As children our thought were same
As we grow it various
Unexpected alternation in our lives
You brought big changes in our relation
Being distance in place those days
Were times of excite to see and talk
Now very near, I feel an ocean gap
Were everything sinks in this gap

How do u forget the days of
Mingle sleeping and laughing
By mid night story talking.
You smiling on aloof
Silently speaking and alone
Living in a world,
Me talking with old memories.

My heart still without a reason
Why you keep distance from me
It makes me sorrow, to see you in different mind
You my best friend, why this solitude stage.

Crisis time for Indian Team

It’s really a great disappointment for Indian people, on Saturday night, (whom where in the dreams of world cup) where the B section India lost to our neighbor country Bangladesh in 5-wicket difference in the World Cup Series. What sad us was the deceit of losing 5 wickets below 20 minutes. Because of this the cricket fans in India were in seethe and involving in protest; burning and stone throwing on players house.

I feel their sense and the love they kept on cricket, but involving in violence must be contempt. But who would be response for a citizen of Gujarat who died in cardioid attack, after seeing that India defeat? After all it’s a game, losing and gaining are normal. When our team wins, we all enjoy; when they lost why are we not with them. If we itself protest against them, then who will support them.

India’s sorrowful bating, have meager the hope between fans of winning the world cup. That’s not the final match is it; we have another chance today to face the challenge against Bermuda. We can hope this time they will score more, but India needs more concentration and practice to face Sri Lanka to enter Super Eights. Between Ganguly’s fans were not in this protest and praising his 66 runs to declare he is the true champion.

Cheers Indian Team!! Don't loss hope.

Silence

Love creates the silence
When it shares form deep heart
Silence is something different
For those differently hearing and speaking
Others unaware when their vision speaks
Words silence when their gesture speaks.

Love is a silence feel
When it enters our hearts
The welfare that gives
Can’t be express through words
That’s wishes of joy
Time for dreams and imaginations to stroll

Smiling born baby, seeing her mom’s face
Is a silent language between mom and baby
Silently blooming flowers
Will makes us happy loudly
Different expressions on faces
Is a silence art

Nights were silence
Till little mosquitoes sings
Mid sea silence in the noon
Till birds make sweet noise
Air is silence
Till it strikes on leaves
Memories comes silently
Till it brings tears and joy in loud

Pony Express (as a tag)

This post is out of rules, which was to grab the closest book and write the 5th sentence from page 123. Here is an info tag post. I present this post (tag) to my friend Kay, where he tagged me.

Nowadays, when we want to communicate, we either email the person or SMS them. Everything happens at the click of a mouse or the pressing of few buttons. But in the olden days it was not so. At one time, if we wanted to mail a letter, we wrote the letter, put it in an envelope, stamped the envelope and dropped it in a post box. After that it was the postman's job.

But in the 1850s for people in America to communicate to someone in the west, their letters went by overland coach and usually took weeks to get there. One enterprising freight company decided to speed things up by hiring 80 men to take the mail to the west on horseback. In 1860, the Pony Express was formed. The riders for the Pony Express were chosen for their lightweight as well as their riding ability. Most of them were young boys. The route they undertook was a rugged one; it went from St. Joseph Missouri to Sacramento, California, a distance of over 1,800 miles! Each rider rode a total of 75 miles, changing ponies at stations posted at ten-mile intervals.

The mail was carried in four leather boxes, which were attached to a special saddle blanket, thrown over the saddle. The changing of ponies was done in two minutes. The speed was a bonus, because it cut the average delivery time from several weeks to about 10 days. The fastest trip was made in seven days and 17 hours. This record was set by the rider carrying President Abraham Lincoln's first message to Congress. The poor riders had to ride through unknown terrain; some routes exposed them to attacks from Red Indians and led them through dangerous territories.

For all this dangerous work they received decent salaries of $25 per week. Newspaper ads for riders listed one important requirement orphans preferred. Though exciting, the pony express was a short-lived experiment. It lasted for only 19 months. By then, from coast to coast there was a telegraph line and this was definitely a faster way to send messages. We sure live in better times. Just imagine waiting for a fortnight or more for a message to reach a dear one and another fortnight for their answer to reach us. Aren't we just grateful for all the technological developments and latest means of communications?

Weekend with dachu

B315
Dhachu
This is my uncle’s daughter Dharshini, she was visiting my house gone weekend. I am seeing her after few months, as she we in her grandma house. In this few months she has grown well and become sister for a 6 month-old boy Sachin. It was a happy surprise that I couldn’t expect she would be visiting our house.

I should tell, I had a sweet weekend with her; whenever she calls me jeeva mama (uncle), I feel so happy. The four hours with her is not enough, she was good in painting on computer, and also handling mouse. She was enjoying my collections of funny videos and photo’s. Being in LKG, she was not only intelligent and one thing that increased in her was the speaking cleverly. Don’t hope she would be very serene by seeing this sin like pic, now she is the much ado child in our family and his bro is getting ready to snatch her place soon. Some one scold or dint’s give she get more angry, good time I haven’t make her angry and her slogans are superb

I heard that she was keeping her bro on her lap and singing Munba va song… and recent news from her was, she won 1st prize in running race. U could see her drawing above like she and her bro was riding bike.

Valor Lovingly

It’s been six years since I have went to a night show Film in Drive-in. Last time it was Arjun’s Vedam in 2001 with my uncle, it was the last film I watched with him, before he pass away. I couldn’t avoid those memorial days with him, when standing on the long line to enter inside the theater. Whenever we visit our grandpa house, my uncle used to take us to night show in drive-in, those times it was very very enjoyable to go there (not only to watch films, but also to play in the sea-saw, sliding tree, swings. Washing faces, powdering and shouting prathana, prathana… is still funny days.

Thinking why this long line today only, may be it would be the first time so much vehicle for a film, where the hero is new face!! The hero is Karthik, brother of actor surya and son of Shivakumar. The Film is Paruthi Veeran (Cotton Hero :D). Films comes sometimes to screen with indicating the acting, not on the story or for the hero, Paruti Veeran is such a film. Director Amir created the whole film, whose film Raam won the international award, after years… I watched the both film this weekend. The story is the hero Veeran is a person always doing some criminal activities with his uncle Chevvazhai and they were roaming without any ambition and going to jail is there habit. Here the heroin Muthazhagu was affectionate on the Veeran , (who is her aunty’s daughter where the both families were separated for an caste difference), but he avoid her till a situation comes to him to understand how deep she loves him… what ever happen then are said with brave and inducement.

The Film starts with a big rural festival, were all sorts of rural dance, music and shops presents gives very good feel and keeps us energetic to see that today a movie with full rural style. For me the strongest characters are four, the hero Karthik, heroin Priyamani, music and cinematographic. Should tell about the Karthik, who has a mixed face of his bro and father, which comes as a very different and looks like a real gallantry village boy. He and his cittappu (uncle) Chevvazhai are very merry persons, drinking, and doing all ridicule activates, in this the person who always loss something is the KanjaKaruppu (the comedian). The police station scenes and the photo shoot with knifes were funny, and the hero’s main aim was to do big crime and to visit Chennai Jail, and giving interview. I have to tell about priyamani, I haven’t seen any films of her, she was very different; has a talented acting and her expressions are really superb. She done a bold acting and the climax was very rude and violate.

About the music, it has a sense of rural fragrance. The two folk songs were energetic, what I think special about it was, the songs were singed and acted by real rural artist. The Sari gama Patahani was fine, and the voice given to it was very sweet and the Iyyai Iyyao song was lovely for not only the music, and too for picturesque. The song Ariyadha Vayasu by Ilayaraja was nice and looks beautiful with the kids love. I am recommending the music director Yuvan should be praised by state award for using the rural involvement in his music. No w coming to the cinematographic, the cameraman Ramji's shows the remote places that hopes, which were new to cameras. The sunlight behind the hills and the sand lake, the dry grasslands and the festival gives tremendous about the Madhurai sides. I could tell, we couldn’t expect a different story or a message in this film… but a different acting and the bravery of the character and speaking dialogue.

India will fulfill its 24 years dream!!

I don’t have a big craze on cricket, but when it comes to World Cup I am with my nation, which was very crazy on cricket. Everyone is getting ready to the enjoyment in fun of sun sand and cricket on the Caribbean islands from 13th. Indians across all age groups are getting ready with a special preparation to watch the game that would start only at night, IST, given the time difference. And also exams time here, with the world cup fever. It would be a difficult situation for the parents to divert their children’s attending on studies than cricket.

The other day the Indian cricket team left to the Caribbean Islands, with great expectations and billion prayers of our fans. Making the team India for world cup 2007, the biggest World Cup since the first edition in 1975, it is being held for the first time in the West Indies is a story in itself. For almost two years, our Indian players were observed, tested, branded, discarded and reinstated before the selection jotted down the final fifteen. Dressed in newly designed sky blue outfits are all set to launch a fresh onslaught for the coveted trophy, after being put through a painful and sometimes logic-defying churning. This time around team India is a blend of experience and naiveté with the scale tilting heavily towards the former.

Of course, the core of the team is made up of battle-scarred commanders, with the big three of Indian cricket Tendulkar, Ganguly and my fav Rahul Dravid forming the batting mainstay with the talented Yuvraj singh, Sehwag, Anil Kumble, Zaheer khan, and youngsters like Dinesh karthik, M.S.Dhoni, Sreesanth, Ifran Pathan and more… Experiment and flexibility have been the password for success in the Greg Chappel-Rahul Dravid period; now it is time for the players to settle down in specific roles. Each one has a clear-cut job profile, with no scope for ambiguity or job duplication. Seven batsmen, seven bowlers and a wicket keeper who can also bat. Will they cross the finishing line ahead in the rest of the field? Let we all wish them to Won the big cup. Cheers Indian team!

Wind experience

Southeast wind
blowing towards the windows
noon hot melts in the wind
with idleness brain
speechless happiness in the mind

Artificial air odium’s
natural air wonders
rustle of the pipal tree leafs
the bird hidden behind the leafs
gives the adorable sound
tit tittra tit, tit tittra tit…

Seeing the dancing Chinese bells
memories wake from the seep
in the same feeling
with this Southeast wind
smiling on my own, thinking those days
recalling the enjoyments in grannies terrace
along with loved ones, while playing the dice.
now all somewhere, in different thoughts….

Now waits

Wait! a single word, makes us so astonishment when we get a good thing from it. We all wait for some thing in some situation to be done or to be come. Wait is one of the word I use often. Many thoughts were running with me when I read a post about wait in my mate priya's blog. Waiting is welfare; it gives happiness, but some waiting is stress. I like to share the stress and happiness of my life, I face through waiting.

Waited

When it comes as a student, I used to wait, when will the last bell will ring? to get away from the class and to go home (ya many used to do the same na); but I had a very difficult waiting that I haven’t expressed to anyone. Its suppress of my filled bladder, what can I do, and to whom can I ask to take me to bathroom, that’s not a easy thing I know. So should have to wait till my parents pick me to home, I have face many days like this in my school time. This wait is what I couldn’t forget and wish this type of wait should never come again.

Cloudy sky which without any sign it makes to wait, till the drops touch the land, mom used to tell its like rain coming, come in, but I wait for the rain and it’s a small joy to see the rain coming. While playing run and catches with friend, waits comes to escape from the catcher. When there was no traffic police, some crosses the signal before the countdown finish, but I am very strict toward me to wait till all numbers finish. In traffic jams, the vehicles used to cross cut and go front, but this way is what I hate, whatever important can it be, I like to wait and go in line.

Every minute of the days waiting for my new cycle to arrive is what a happy movement with minds thinking about the new cycle, how to drive, were to drive and imagination is what we couldn’t avoid, the inside happiness is what we wont get it again like our first cycle. Waiting for the bench end mate kavitha to talk with me, she talk very sweet with me, I have waited for three years to get a place to sit near here, but I dint get it:(. If sometimes my parents come to pick me late, she used to wait for me to go, that times I pray that my parents should come late, so I can talk with her. It was times from 6th to 8th Std.

Waiting

I am waiting for a very long time, to get a friend, who can rub my should to touch and hug me. I am not feeling any wrong about all my friends here, you are the only solace and support I get in my life, but u see above all we are just sharing through words and I am just sharing my experience with my life and family. Have I every said about my experience of being with a friend, going out with them like beach, films, outing? Many were having friends through or from their school days to collage, office days. Even elders have friend to share in personal, u could see many elders would sit in beach with friend and laugh and enjoy the movement. When all have why not me? with the hope I am waiting for a mate who can be with in my life to share my though, views and happy movements, and also express theirs with me. That’s not like a friend being with me always, it can be some hours in a weekends to share with me. I am waiting for many to be get….with a hope.
Tomorrow is March 8th Women’s day. In today’s time, women’s are achieving equally to men’s, so we should be proud about our women’s who were big achievers in our word, and also in space. By celebrating this day we are encouraging many women’s to achieve more. I wish u all a Happy Women’s Day.

Jolly Weekend

These days I was going on our streets in my power chair; I have a great feel riding on my own. Once a shy person, resist going out in the wheel chair, was now feel like left the shyness and live for his happiness. I can find many stand and watch me going on the chair on my own, but I didn’t care about others, because I am here for my happiness.

Saturday was my first attempt to going for beach in my chair. It’s a km from my home, but seeing the traffic of heavy vehicles in ECR, crossing the road was very hard especially in evenings, so we detach the chair and took it in the car. The beach was crowd less, we fixed the char and I started to drive. It’s my wish to walk like others on the beach road, but at least if I can’t walk I could move with my chair, instead of sitting inside the car. I experience the sea breeze fully after some years, while riding.

Every time dad leaves me in the car and go a walk, this time I was with him and also mom. Actually they were walking behind, and I was faster than them, a long drive. I haven’t expected that my chair can handle any type of roads, it’s very powerful to climb big crest. I have given a name for my chair, its Gilly. It was special day too of full moon above the sea; the moon’s reflection on the water with the shadow of the standing boat was an awesome scene, to my bad time I left my camera in the home, so couldn’t capture that beauty.

There was a new program in Suntv its totally enjoyable. U guessed it right; its Asathapovathu yaaru a comedy show presented my new faces, this program was like Kalakkapovathu yaaru in Vijay TV. What a show, its amazing to see how talented these people are to make every one to adore. This guy kovai guna was very humorous with his knowledge and performing way he makes us laugh and think. This is a program I am enjoying while watching with dad and mom.

Pic was a flying kite in the sky. Took last week.
