Friends put me smile
Now days I am becoming happiest person. Because of Friends (blog friends), You all have not stopped only reading of my blog, u also call me through phone and visit my house. Dear friends u all encouraging me, your encouragement is my strong energy. I don’t like to write about my life and feel you sad, so that’s why I am writing about general knowledge information, and social information.
Today morning Narayanna Venkitucall me and encourage about my latest post. I am happy to talk with him and also surprise. Today he not only talks with me, but also talks to my parents. Many nights my parents worried and cried about me and my future. When all friends call and visit me in my home, they see the happy in my face, while see the smile in my face; I can see the happy on there face also. So I am very Thanks to all my friends to make me happy and feel my parents happy. Now days I spent more times on reading blogs, the blog takes my to a new world full of friends. For many year I hanged for a person to share my thoughts, but now I have many friend to share, I have no words to tell about my smile. Narayanna venkitu’s friend Balaji from U.K. will visit chennai this weekend, so he will visit my home. I hope there will be a fun. I hope in future I will meet all Friends. Siddharth will get angry when I tell Blog friends, I think siddharth would be a soft person; I talk to him one time.

Great sea battle
The Battle of Trafalgar was fought on October 21 1805 off Cape Trafalgar on the Spanish coast, between the combined fleets of Spain and France and the British Royal Navy. It was the last great sea action of the period and its significance to the outcome of the war in Europe is still debated by historians.
Nelson used a combination of strategy and practical management to help Britain survive the 22 year struggle with Revolutionary and Napoleonic France. He understood that the real threat was the destruction of her global commercial system. At the start of the battle, when the first British ships arrived, they were fighting a far greater number of enemy ships. They won the day because of their speed and flexibility. The real triumph was not of 27 ships against 33, but of 12 against 22.
Nelson was killed in this historic battle.
The 200th anniversary of Nelson's death takes place on October 21, 2005, with a VIP dinner on board Victory as well as by numerous events in the Portsmouth area. The event on October 23 will focus on Portsmouth where his flagship HMS Victory is based. There will be a review of vessels from 30 countries as well as a remembrance service at St Paul's Cathedral in London, where Nelson is buried.
Celebrations will also be held in Trafalgar Square under Nelson's column.
The Royal Navy fleet will be illuminated amid a firework display and there will be a theatrical illustration of a Napoleonic-era sea battle. Other celebrations included a son et lumiere (sound and light show) at Portsmouth in June. An International Drumhead Ceremony, to remember those who died in conflict was also held .

In memory of a stunning victory
Trafalgar Square was built to commemorate the Battle of Trafalgar in which the British won a victory over the combined French and Spanish navies.
Situated on the thoroughfare between the Strand and Aldwych on one side, and the Whitehall and Parliament on the other, the Trafalgar Square was built to commemorate the naval Battle of Trafalgar in which the British won a stunning victory over the combined French and Spanish navies in 1805.
The Battle of Trafalgar also proved that the British navy was much superior to that of the French navy under that invincible master of Europe, Napolean Bonaparte. The Square was designed and laid out by Victorian architect, Nash, between 1829 and 1850. In the central part of the Square is a huge column 172 feet high, on the top of which is the statue of Lord Nelson. The fluted granite column rises from a high base guarded by four lions.
The British Admiral Horatio Nelson, while leading the British victory in the battle of Trafalgar, lost his life on October 21, 1805. The victorious nation gave a befitting funeral to the victor and Nelson was buried in the premises of St. Paul's Cathedral, London. On the occasion of the anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar, the British navy organises one of the biggest gatherings of British boats and sailors in British waters to mark the occasion.
It is also expected that a few hundred of the descendants of the participants of the Trafalgar battle from all over the world will join the celebrations this year.

World’s richest man turns 50

· At Harvard, Gates and Allen co-write original Altair BASIC interpreter for Altair 8800, first commercially successful personal computer. The pair then found Microsoft and Gates drops out of university to focus on software development.
· Microsoft awarded 1981 contract to develop operating system for upcoming IBM Personal Computer – results in MS-DOS (Microsoft Disk Operating System). Microsoft soon becomes major player in marketing MS-Dos to non-IBM PCs.
· Aggressive business practices culminate in 1998 lawsuit over Microsoft’s alleged abuse of monopoly power in sales of operating system and web browsers.
· Gates is World’s richest man with net worth estimated at $45.3 billion. Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has given over $7bn to causes from college scholarships to combating global diseases.
Bill Gates to visit India later this year
Microsoft Chairman and the world’s richest individual Bill Gates have accepted an invitation to give India a visit later this year. He has been invited by the Union Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dayanidhi Maran. The visit is expected to take place in December 2005 and he would also be visiting Chennai during his tour.
Maran went on to meet the person who can be potentially given the credit for bringing Personal Computers to the common man. Windows Operating System powers more than 90% of all desktops in the world and this has helped Microsoft become one of the biggest corporations of its kind in the world.
Maran was accompanied with a delegation from India when he met Bill Gates at the Redmond headquarters of Microsoft Corporation in the United States. They discussed the possibilities of Microsoft’s role in the removal of the digital divide in the country, which is very much otherwise touted as the IT superpower of the world. Bill Gates is expected to unveil his India centric strategies on his tour to the country with big plans to make their software work with Indian languages.
The company has openly supported the Union Government’s efforts to spread computer literacy and facilitate the adoption of e-governance, enabling research on Indian-language computing technologies and cooperation on IT security.
